Image & Video Downloader for Ins ("the Extension", "we", "our") is a browser extension that allows users to download publicly available photos, videos, Reels, and other media content from Instagram.

The Extension provides both free and paid (Pro) subscription tiers with different feature sets and usage limits.

2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

3 Intellectual Property Rights

Extension Ownership: The Extension, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Downloaded Content: Content downloaded using the Extension remains the intellectual property of its original creators. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to download and use any content.

4 Subscription and Payments

Free Tier: The Extension offers a free tier with limited features and usage limits.

Pro Subscription: Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and provide access to premium features.

• Billing: Subscriptions are processed through secure third-party payment providers (Paddle/PayPal).
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. Contact us for exceptional circumstances.

5 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Extension

The Extension interacts with Instagram and other third-party services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

Your use of Instagram is subject to Instagram's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for any changes Instagram may make that affect the functionality of our Extension.

8 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Extension
• Your violation of these Terms
